Inventory in Edgewood has expanded in the latest rolling three-month period, with active listings up about a quarter year over year to 30 homes. New listings have jumped nearly 60 percent compared with a year ago, and pending sales are also up more than 50 percent, showing strong buyer interest. Even so, nearly two-thirds of homes still go off the market within two weeks, showing that well-priced properties can move quickly.
