Patrick became an active Broker and Salesperson in 2000. He began his real estate career in Orlando, FL, and quickly became a luxury specialist in the Central Florida Market. He grew his team and eventually expanded into the Georgia Market (Savannah and Tybee Island).

Patrick became Broker/Owner and Operating Principal of 6 Keller Williams Market Centers in Orlando and Central Florida with over 1,500 agents. He moved to Malibu, CA in 2014 and began serving a wide array of clients in the Los Angeles and Southern California markets. Patrick personally works all referrals in Los Angeles and surrounding markets, providing 5-star service to high-profile clients.
