My husband and I did a lot of Internet searching when we were considering putting our house on the market. We looked at the qualifications of several top agents in our area. We were most impressed with Patty Stellern with Keller Williams Realty. Her sales record for the past 10 years is excellent. We talked to her on the phone and she came to our home to give us a market analysis. Patty went over her qualifications and the sales contract with us. She explained that her goal was to work for us and get our house sold. She was very professional and pleasant. We wanted to sell our home of 26 years as fast as possible. We were downsizing and had found another home. We needed to move fast. She understood our needs and moved very fast to get our house on the market. We agreed to an asking price which was more than we thought we could get. My husband and I felt very comfortable and signed the contract with Patty. The next day Patty brought a team to stage our home and enhance our decor. It looked great when it was shown on the internet and she did not charge to stage it. In a few days, our home was on the market. The first day on market was on a Sunday. We had an open house and received two contracts the same day.
