Pacific had 15 active listings in September, including 6 new listings. Overall, active listings were down 28.57% from the previous month.
Of those 15 active listings, 53.33% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Pacific fell 13.8% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $312,450. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
