My husband and I did a lot of Internet searching when we were considering putting our house on the market. We looked at the qualifications of several top agents in our area. We were most impressed with Patty Stellern with Keller Williams Realty. Her sales record for the past 10 years is excellent. We talked to her on the phone and she came to our home to give us a market analysis. Patty went over her qualifications and the sales contract with us. She explained that her goal was to work for us and get our house sold. She was very professional and pleasant. We wanted to sell our home of 26 years as fast as possible. We were downsizing and had found another home. We needed to move fast. She understood our needs and moved very fast to get our house on the market. We agreed to an asking price which was more than we thought we could get. My husband and I felt very comfortable and signed the contract with Patty. The next day Patty brought a team to stage our home and enhance our decor. It looked great when it was shown on the internet and she did not charge to stage it. In a few days, our home was on the market. The first day on market was on a Sunday. We had an open house and received two contracts the same day. One of the contracts was submitted for over asking price. Our house was sold really fast. We were able to move into our new home on time. Our closing went really well. Patty was always available to us and responded to all our needs. We would recommend her to anyone who wants an agent that puts your interests first and works hard to achieve your goal.. Patty did a great job. She actually talked us out of reducing our price at one point and the buyers put in a contract right after that. She saved us that additional money by not reducing.

My wife noticed that she had an open house on a Sunday afternoon, we liked what was posted on her tablet, so I called the phone number that was on the tablet and we visited with Patty the next day...She had a lot of knowledge and information plus her personality that won us both over...I wish I had her selling our house at Tan-Tar-A Estates...She makes you feel like you are dealing with a WINNER!!!

Patty is an incredible Realtor. She helped us through a difficult transaction and always had our interests in mind. Patty went out of her way to make sure that we negotiated the best price and was always willing to listen to our concerns and address them with the seller's agent. She made sure all repairs were completed prior to purchase. She even made sure the seller pulled the weeds, which was a small detail but very important to me.
