Patty is friendly and very personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. We have worked with Patty on a couple of houses renovations now, and have had excellent results on the sell of both. Patty not only works hard as your agent, but has excellent ideas and resources available she quickly shares to facilitate a quick turn around on your investment. Patty did a great job. She actually talked us out of reducing our price at one point and the buyers put in a contract right after that. She saved us that additional money by not reducing.

My wife noticed that she had an open house on a Sunday afternoon, we liked what was posted on her tablet, so I called the phone number that was on the tablet and we visited with Patty the next day...She had a lot of knowledge and information plus her personality that won us both over...I wish I had her selling our house at Tan-Tar-A Estates...She makes you feel like you are dealing with a WINNER!!!

Patty is an incredible Realtor. She helped us through a difficult transaction and always had our interests in mind. Patty went out of her way to make sure that we negotiated the best price and was always willing to listen to our concerns and address them with the seller's agent. She made sure all repairs were completed prior to purchase. She even made sure the seller pulled the weeds, which was a small detail but very important to me.

Thanks for the quick sale. Leaving out of state in Maryland, Patty made my house selling experience in St. Louis much easier.
