My name is Peggy Black. I have been working in residential real estate in Idaho since 2007. I am originally from California, mainly Southern California, but I spent a few years in Northern California as well. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. We are seeing a lot of people coming to the Treasure Valley from out of state, which I absolutely love! I dedicate a great deal of time and care to my clients and do whatever it takes to make them happy and serve them. I am very honest and prioritize my clients' best interests above all else.

My husband and I also have a home flipping business. We buy distressed properties, renovate them, and put them back on the market. In addition to that, we own several rental properties that I manage. I am a strong advocate for owning rentals and believe it is a great way to create long-term wealth.
