Penny Soto, was a pleasure to work with, I had tons of questions and concerns and she took the time to get them all resolved or answered. Couldn't ask for more especially during a Pandemic, her dedication was easy to see and she made us feel comfortable with every choice made. Penny is a class act. She goes out of her way to help her clients and never complained about anything I asked her to do. She took care of me and any problem I had. I would recommend her highly to anyone who wants to list their property. For what little commission she got for the sale, she worked very hard to take care of all the little details and did an excellent job. She is an asset to your organization. I loved what Penny did for me since I live in Florida and could not take care of all the little things that were required. Penny never complained once and always was available to help me out.

Penny made my experience of owning a home a reality with her knowledge of the process to do it. Her advice and recommendations on what we needed to do and what it would take the deal to get done was on point, but she was always pleasant and understanding if our needs. If I ever were to go back in the market to sell or buy again she will be the only one I deal with it.

Penny went above and beyond for me. She even took me to see a house at the last minute when she didn't have to. She is the most genuine person I know. I dealt with 2 other realtors before her and they were just rude snobs. I would recommend Penny Soto to any and everybody trying to find a house in PA because she is also extremely personable and not stuffy at all.
