As first time homebuyers, the prospect of buying a house was daunting at the start. It was clear from the very first call with Penny that she was focused on our needs and she took her time to explain the process in ways we could understand. After talking with some other brokers, most of whom seemed to overwhelm us, it was evident that Penny stood out from the rest and she was the right broker for us. Working with Penny truly helped to ease our minds along the way. Penny was effective, efficient, and timely throughout the entire process of buying our house. We always felt in good hands with her at the helm. In dealing with Penny, we never felt the aggressive, pushy, sales-like feel that we got when speaking with other brokers. She made good recommendations for tasks that needed completion prior to sale. She was able to handle problems quickly because of her close proximity. Her comps and pricing were excellent. At the closing Penny again was right on point with the paperwork. The other Reltor was asking questions at the closing that should have handled a month before. Penny helped even at our closing on our new home. Making sure the wire went through. She was great.
