Peter went above and beyond to help make our buying experience a joyful one. He is a very knowledgeable and efficient realtor. Peter always answered our phone calls quickly, and if he couldn't answer a question, he would do some research and get right back to us. He made this process very easy and was always available when needed. His negotiation skills are top notch so we know that we got the best deal. After speaking with many different brokers, this man Peter Tatar stood out from the rest. Very down to earth, never pushy, and always has your best interests at heart. He goes above and beyond the necessary obligations of being a broker.

He absolutely cared about getting the right house, at the right price, and in the right area. His clients always come first, and i am extremely lucky to have stumbled across this broker in my search for my first home!

He went above and beyond all of my expectations as a broker, and actually saved the day with a big change-up 12 days before closing. Still got the deal signed as it was already an extremely tight 30 day close!

I can recommend this man to work with on any given day, and twice on Sunday! I will never use another broker, for any of my real estate needs/obligations. Thank you, for just being you Peter, greatly appreciated!
