I have been involved in real estate since 1993. My experience spans multiple areas within real estate, including residential, commercial, new-home construction, rental, and more.

I initially started purchasing investment properties and managing tenants. Over time, many friends and family members asked for advice with purchasing homes, and I found myself tagging along as they toured homes. Being surprised by their representatives’ lack of knowledge and service, I decided to take an active role in the industry and received my real estate license.

My background provides a different level of skill than a traditional agent. Identifying opportunities for change, noting potential areas to question, and highlighting options and resources help bring your vision to life. I passionately seek opportunities, follow through on commitments, and share actionable information.
