Ned knows his stuff. We had approached some other agents who low balled us a price for our home. I contacted Ned, having worked with him previously, I asked for his opinion. He suggested a much higher listing price, which nearly doubled what our take home pay would have been from other agent's suggestions. Within a week we had two offers at asking price. Ned knows the market, how to work it in your benefit, he will give great advice and then execute well.
