For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $348,000 in McHenry County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $340,500 in October.
Oakwood Hills had 1 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 6—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 6 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Oakwood Hills fell 19.23% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $210,000.
