It's difficult to say anything negative about Rosann. She is professional, friendly, caring, in tune with her clients, responsive, and trustworthy. I wouldn't change a single event in our relationship with her. I truly believe we would not have been successful with our Sunriver purchase had it not been for Rosann's realtor skills and expertise. It's a very hot market right now in Bend and Sunriver. Buyers need a realtor who is willing to work all hours in order to secure their clients dream house. Rosanne put together an attractive presentation to the sellers and we got the house. She suggested several avenues for the sale and explained them all to us-we understood all phrases of the offer and sale. I would not hesitate to refer any friends and family to Rosann. I know they would be in the best possible hands. Having trust in your realtor is key when houses are at all time high prices. I agree with another reviewer (Joellee) -Rosann is a fantastic realtor. She's the best realtor we've ever worked with (and we are in our 70's--we've bought and sold a number of houses over the years!) Thanks Rosann! You're the best!

My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we wanted the best realty company that Bend has to offer, and after some research it was obvious that we wanted to work with Team Birtola. Rosann reached out to us, and after meeting her I instantly knew this is who we wanted to work with for our exciting purchase.

She never disappointed us; she was always available to answer the mundane and over the top questions that come from first time home buyers, with the added fact that we were moving from another state. Her patience from our frantic behavior and picky desires of what we wanted in our house was a blessing. She was working at all hours of the day, and gave us so much attention that it's almost hard to believe she had time to help any other clients, but seeing her dedication to finding us a perfect home left us no doubt that she was providing every client with the same attention to detail as she was showing us.

I'm so glad that Rosann was there for us during this very stressful process. She kept us and the sellers on track during an extended closing, and delivered to us more than we could ever expect. 5 stars is no where near enough to recognize the talent and dedication she has towards her passion of finding her clients the perfect home. In the future, we know that no one could fill the shoes that Rosann has left, which is why we will be using her for any home purchase to come. She is an amazing person and even better realtor, and we will be forever grateful for what she has done for us.
