There is a lot to tell about Rosanna, but cutting to the chase, “she gets results.” My wife and I are relocating to Henderson from the East Coast. We were drawn to Rosanna through some of her listings that appealed to us through her social media sites. Once we made contact, she chased us down for several weeks. Not annoyingly, but just touching base to see if we needed or wanted help. When we gave Rosanna the go, she had 4 weeks before we were going to fly into Henderson to look for our forever home. In the 4 weeks, she sent us numerous MLS listings to get an idea of what we were looking for. Many we liked were off the market by the time we got there, but through the exercise, she learned exactly what we were looking for, and the house we bought was the third one she showed us. 28 days, and a bidding war later, she got us our forever home. Rosanna is a real-life superhero. I was in a very tight situation as far as timing was concerned on selling the house. Rosanna jumped on it, getting my house moving and into the market.
