Here is some background on me and why I am passionate about real estate, along with my unique approach compared to other agents. It stems from two statements that I have lived my life by:

I truly believe that everyone should have a place to call home—a place to create memories filled with love, laughter, joy, fun, and all other wonderful feelings.

My focus is to dig deep with you to understand your goals. By asking the right questions, I can ascertain what is truly important and what will be best for you, both now and in the future. Completing this work upfront saves many hours of time and eliminates most headaches. On average, I am able to show clients between 5 to 10 homes. Often, clients will choose to buy the first house I show them because it meets 95% of their needs. If we need to view more homes, it's a sign that I haven't done enough work upfront or that both parties need to get on the same page.

Another aspect that sets me apart is my 14 years of experience in the mortgage business. My understanding of how to connect these two critical pieces—buying a home and securing financing—has been a significant advantage for my clients.

When listing your house for sale, I will provide data that demonstrates the highest price your house can achieve in the quickest amount of time. Not having to chase the market and prolong the process for months will save you a tremendous amount of time and effort. You will thank me for this later.

A word of caution for first-time buyers: I may act like your mother! I believe you need an advocate in your corner who understands what will happen at every step of the process. My unique approach will help put you at ease, even though it is your first time buying a home.
