I have personally flipped 10 properties and have extensive experience with rentals as well. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of flipping real estate, from hard money lenders to wholesalers, contractors, city permits, and ultimately listing and selling the property for a profit.

Seeing a first-time homebuyer achieve their dreams of homeownership is a rewarding and exciting experience. Witnessing a first-time real estate investor succeed in flipping a property is equally gratifying. Additionally, helping a seller achieve their objective of selling their home to purchase a larger one for their family brings me great joy.
