I am 35 years old and have been a real estate agent for 11 years. I have handled hundreds of transactions in Colorado and my native state Michigan. I have extensive experience and knowledge and my clients appreciate that I keep them informed and always have their best interest in mind. I believe buying and selling a home is an extremely important life change for many and my goal is to make the process exciting and positive. I hinge my success on being a hard-nosed expert negotiator that won't take no for an answer. My clients turn into friends almost immediately and they appreciate my communication, work ethic, and tech savviness.

I work closely with investors and understand at a high level NOI in regards to Capitilization Rates, Cash Flow, Cash on Cash return, and GRM. I am a numbers guy and using the latest technology I create property and area analyses at a very high level.
