Despite these challenges, Santiago handled everything that arose that could have derailed the transaction with grace and expertise and was instrumental to keeping the deal together and he was able to capably serve both the sellers and the buyers. He also went above and beyond the call of duty to personally help several of the tenants move to a better more habitable living situation, completely out of the goodness and compassion in his heart. My partners and I are full time real estate agents ourselves and have seen lots of the good and the bad characters in this industry and without a doubt this man is one of the good ones. We met Santiago at an open house in Riverside. He answered a lot of questions about the area, and showed us a few homes, which we loved. We were not ready to move and continued to research our options, and think about selling our home. Santiago contacted us during that time, keeping in touch, not to hurry us along. We never felt pressure to move or to make a decision. He always seemed centered around helping make our wishes come true. Finally, we contacted him and we got started on 2 things--selling our beloved home of 15 years and looking for a new home, which we did. Each transaction had its snags. Santiago was always in our corner. He made sure those snags became things checked off the list in short order. We always felt like he was on our side. He informed us about the details each step of the way, whether for buying or selling. He answered our questions and calls very quickly. He has even been out to see our home. We consider him a friend. Santiago is a fantastic realtor!! My wife & I needed to sell our home in April of 2020, right as Covid-19 was creating so much disruption and misery. Santiago helped us put a plan together to sell our home, and then was hands-on every step of the way through the process. He suggested a contractor for the upgrades we needed to maximize the sale of our home. (Also a 5-star find. I am not normally an easy reviewer. I believe that Santiago put extra time & energy into the sale of our house due to the coronavirus. By only allowing personal showings once every 3 hours, we felt great that he was protecting everyone's well-being, even though it meant spending more of his own time. When we (quickly) found a buyer, we received more than our asking price. The sale of our home came at a stressful time for us. Santiago was a blessing. He was always available with honest & professional guidance. Santiago made a very difficult process go smoothly & easily. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Santiago made the home buying experience as exciting and fun as one could imagine. I know he took on a lot of the wheeling and dealing as they say and this took a lot of the stress off of us. He understood what we were looking for and was on top of it whenever something new came up. We found the perfect place for us and we are so excited for what is ahead. Santiago was great at walking us through the process but also letting us decide what was right for us. Never pushy and listened to our needs. I highly recommend Santiago.
