For 23 years, New York City was home. I built my career in legal technology at top law firms, rising from paralegal to leadership roles. I learned precision, negotiation skills, and grit along the way. But when I decided to become a mom, I knew I wanted more space, fresh air, and balance without giving up culture or opportunity.

After the pandemic proved I could work from anywhere, I returned to North Carolina and chose Charlotte, only to learn firsthand how overwhelming relocation can be. I made the classic mistake of treating Charlotte like New York and moved Uptown. I quickly realized what I actually wanted was a yard, community, and a family-friendly neighborhood.

Today, I use my NYC-honed skills and personal relocation experience to help professional families move to Charlotte with clarity instead of chaos, finding the right home in the right neighborhood from day one.
