Lowell had 15 active listings in April, including 8 new listings. Overall, active listings were up 15.38% from the previous month.

Of those 15 active listings, 53.33% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Lowell grew 4.22% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $307,450. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 31 days, compared to 37 days in April 2024. However, in recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be rising. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this May.
