Teya is a true professional! We moved to the Minneapolis area from 3 hours away. We were limited on time and were looking for certain specifics in our new home. We had our location narrowed down to two areas and Teya was extremely knowledgeable about the areas and the schools. Teya showed us the right type of homes from the beginning which allowed us to find our new house that weekend. She was fantastic during the negotiation and I felt like we received the best price due to her guidance. She was there every step of the way and was great at follow up. Teya made buying a home an easy and stress free process. We have bought many homes throughout the United States and have encountered some fantastic real estate agents. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it has been having Teya as my realtor. Having never purchased a home before, this whole process was completely foreign to me.
