Shawnett is very personable, makes honest evaluation of the property, knows contacts that are honest potential buyers of the property. She was able to find a buyer of property that was in total disrepair. She is very personable in assisting dwellers to relocate. I give her the highest rating of any realators with whom I have had contact.

Shawnett was a godsend to my family while we navigated selling my dad's house after he passed. The whole thing was so difficult, physically, emotionally, and financially, but I truly felt like Shawnett was there with us every step along the way. While I don't remember the exact date I hired her, from start to finish, you might have thought she had no other clients (and I know she did have other clients).
