Stephanie Kovacs

Born and raised in Plant City, Stephanie is very familiar with the Greater Tampa Bay area. She enjoys volunteering across the county, USF football, and Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey- Go Bolts! She loves good food and people, being an Aunt to the best nieces and nephews, the outdoors and being a dog-mom to her rescue, PJ.
Stephanie has an MBA in Management and a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida. Go Bulls! She also has 20 years of experience in the Residential Construction Industry, including working for material suppliers, home builders, and lenders. Stephanie specializes in new construction, probate, divorce, relocation, and vacant land.
Her primary target market is the fast-growing and ever changing Tampa market. She is well versed on Tampa's up and coming areas as well as its more established neighborhoods.
