In 2000, after 15 years with a Fortune 500 company, Ray began his real estate career and quickly realized it was the right fit for him. His reputation within the real estate community grew rapidly, and referrals became an integral part of his business. He became a partner-owner with Keller Williams in 2002 and began building his team of professionals. Ray's past leadership experience made him a natural fit for the Agent Leadership Council, of which he has been a member for 16 years, earning many national awards for being among the company’s top producers. Since partnering with Keller Williams, Ray has participated in over 30 charity and cultural events, and his business continues to grow through his reputation in the community as an ethical, professional agent who truly understands the local real estate market.
