I believe that building a great relationship with clients is more important than a check. I've lowered my commission in past to help facilitate a transaction. Also, I offer 1% list commission (in place of 2.5%) for my clients that are sellers, if they are willing to work with me on the buy side.

Steve Elliot is the best best realtor I have ever worked with! We were not just a client. He treated us like family. He was very patient, kind, understanding, compassionate, & caring. He prayed with us, checked on us on a regular. It didn’t matter if we looked at 1 or 5 houses a day he took the time out to make sure we found the perfect house. Once we found the style we wanted he search that builder to see if he could find that floor plan in our desired area. He helped us find our dream home under budget! One of the greatest things about him was that once we gave him the budget & what we were looking for he stayed within that budget & did not show us anything higher than the budget to tempt us.
