Steve did an outstanding job in helping us find a home while we were in another state. He was prepared and had everything set up for our visit. We were able to buy a home the day we arrived in Arizona. Steve help us set up inspection and helped us put in smoke detectors while we were out of state. Always available for calls and information on utilities, subcontractors, ect. I advise anyone who live outside of the area or outside of the State to call Steve, he made it easy and organized.
Steve did an excellent job with finding me a rental property. I was moving from out of state to the Phoenix area. My process took almost 6 months and Steve stayed diligent in communication with me just to check in with me. He reached out frequently to check in on the sale of my home and also went the extra mile to FaceTime to show me properties in the area before moving. He was extremely flexible and knowledgeable and adhered to my needs. I definitely informed him after signing my lease that he will be my realtor when purchasing a home after getting settled in the area. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy/rent a home in the Phoenix area.
We had previously contacted a realtor that was not responsive at all, and thankfully found Steve! The same day we talked to him, he scheduled 5 homes ready for us to tour.
