We found Steve by accident and are so glad we chose him to be our Realator. He helped us navigate selling one home and buying another; we were even able to close on both homes on the same day because of Steve's knowledge. We found him honest and willing to go the extra mile. He counseled us even after the close. The day we were moving in, he unlocked the home leaving the keys and arranging for a neighbor to clean it for us as we were driving to Phoenix with our possessions (he still made it to hid son's soccer game in time).
