I was very happy that I chose Mr. Fisch with bluerealty to be my agent in selling my house in Coral Springs. He knew how the market worked and what needed to be done to put my house on the market without over doing it. He help with cleaning up and minor repairs so that house could be put on the market quickly. He even had a glass guy repair one of my glass cabinets doors. On first day after house went on the market he had 30 groups come to look at house, he was very good with working with the groups in an orderly fashion that kept my 3 cats stress level low while all of this was going on.
