Svetlana was an excellent partner during the process of selling our home. She was knowledgeable and specific in the process of deciding how to stage our home for pictures and showing, even going so far as to suggest a particular new chandelier to set off our entryway, which items to move around, and how to ensure the focus was on the house and not the contents of the house. She explained why she asked us to make certain changes and how it would affect Buyer perceptions.

She advised us on the timing of putting our house on the market, and discussed a pricing strategy, demonstrating a detailed knowledge of the local market. Once we put the house on the market, she communicated constantly about the status of showings, open houses, and the reactions of potential buyers. We mostly communicated via text message, but she was quickly available for phone calls as needed.

Just had to make a very emotional sale of our home and Svetlana made it bearable with her professionalism and kindness.
