HE HAS GIVEN ME A DETAILED HISTORY OF THE PROPERTY AND GAVE ME TOUR OF SURROUNDING AREA. EXPLAINS ME SCHOOLS SYSTEM, PLAY GROUNDS FOR KID, SHOPPING CENTER, BRIEF HISTORY OF EVERY LITTLE DETAILS, THINGS TO DO FOR FUN. HE ALSO SHOWED ME MANY OTHER PROPERTY AS I WANTED. ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE NEVER SAY NO TO ALL MY REASONABLE REQUEST AND SO ON. I THINK HE IS A GREAT REALTOR AND STAR QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE. I AM GLADE TO BE ONE OF HIS CUSTOMER. REGARDS

We worked with Dee twice, initially in 2014-2015 when we bought our fist house and then later on when we moved out of CT and rented it out. Although he was located in the Danbury,CT area, he never minded to drive down to Fairfield,CT to show us properties. He was always available for us. He provided a tremendous amount of guidance by sharing his knowledge and experience that he gathered over years. I wish had known him before. So far, we have recommended him to two other friends who were very pleased with his services as well. His patient, sincere and humble nature comforts you. Back in 2014, we quickly built up a relationship based on trust and literally let him deal with everything and just enjoyed our house hunt. He saved us twice from making a bad decision. If he saw a problem with a property we liked, he would tell it right away. No sugar coating with Dee !
