Sylvia was one of the best agents on the other side of the transaction that I have ever worked with and closed a deal with. Her communication is top-notch, and she is a team player. We had a deal going on during a snowstorm, and she helped me make sure that her listing was fully prepared for the snow by turning up the heat and letting water drip from the faucets to prevent frozen pipes. We took turns doing this since we experienced two separate freezing-temperature weather events. I hope that she and I will cross paths on another deal again!
