As an ‘out of area’ seller I found Sylvia’s management and oversight of my home to be superlative. She cared for my home as if it was her own, making numerous visits to check on the house, implementing improvements when needed, while ensuring proper maintenance, throughout the listing period.
She also demonstrated keen market intelligence centered on the Cottonwood area and in particular the Cottonwood Ranch development. She lives and works there which greatly enhanced her ‘hands on’ management approach; the advice she provided made ‘the difference’.
She also demonstrated an excellent understanding of the sale process and industry in general. She was a consummate professional throughout and it was a great pleasure getting to know her.
