Katie sold our house in Cottonwood and sold it in record time! When we first met her, she was SO prepared - coming with all the comps, valued our repairs, and even had a detailed marketing plan she wanted to execute on. We were so impressed! The photos, videos and 3D layouts she wanted to do for the house helped display it beautifully. She even had a private showing with her brokerage which helped us get a deal before the house even hit the market! Katie is always in constant communication with you, keeping you apprised of everything, which we appreciated so much!
