I was lucky and blessed to have Mrs.Verna as my realtor and Ms.Tammy as my Broker. Both went above and beyond for me and my family to get my home sold very quickly and even got more money than I asked for.

I had a few personal issues with my tenant who occupied the residence at the time I listed it for sale. Both were very professional and patient with working around my tenants schedule for viewing, scheduling maintenance/repairs and inspections. They respected the tenants privacy.

I have a new born and was in the middle of moving from California to Germany so I didnā€™t have the resources/time to be involved much since my home is located in Hinesville Ga,. They took care of everything! From a photographer, scheduling repairs, scheduling inspections of course viewing, cleaning, landscaping, closing and the list goes on.
