I was right. Tammy did a great job for us. Our home went under contract in less than 10 days. She negotiated and got us a good, fair price and despite a few unforeseen bumps in the road, which Tammy was able to navigate us through, the closing went quickly and smoothly.

We never considered going with anyone else. We have experienced other realtors.. and also dealt with Tammy on a previous transaction. There is no comparison. When we decided to purchase in the Fernandina area.. we knew we would be working with Tammy.

Because we were a bit of a distance away - Tammy stepped in to handle things for us throughout the purchase. She arranged for multiple showings on a day that we could get here, and was able to share her in depth knowledgeable of the area in finding and choosing what homes might be a good fit for us. She helped us put together a good offer, and also took care of ordering the inspection, being there for it, and negotiating needed fixes.

Tammy kept us informed every step of the way! Even during a trip to Disney... she took the time to answer my text questions!

Tammy provided the best real estate experience we have ever had. She is knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and goes the extra 10 miles for her clients. I will ALWAYS recommend Tammy to anyone looking to buy or sell in her area. Our only regret is that she didn't handle the sale of our former home as well because of distance.
