Ours was a unique sale.We live out of state, selling house that we inherited. Ended up having to go through probate which delayed the process. Which of course Tammy had no control over. She followed up each time we contacted her, gave correct advice on how to get probate started. Once all of this was taken care of, things went very smoothly.
