* Tammy’s collateral materials were excellent. Especially the video tour, which was so good we briefly felt a little seller’s remorse.

* Any realtor can have lots of open houses and she did. However, Tammy’s open houses were always productive because she drove traffic to the event through her local contacts, and community focused social media. As a result, we always felt the interruption to our schedule wasn't wasted time and the eventual buyer came through the property during one of the open house events (closing price, 1.1M).
