Tammy went above and beyond expectations to sell my condo. I don't live locally, so Tammy took on a number of duties I normally would have. She even sat and waited for a refrigerator delivery, aired it out and dusted before a showing when the place had been empty for a while due to construction, and coordinated constantly with my property manager to maximize showings.
