I have worked either many realtors in the past personally both on the purchase and sales side. Tammy is by far one if the best. She is responsive, realistic and knows the area so well. She not only worked on the purchase of our property, since we are new to the area, she also explained every aspect of the area that we purchased in including where to shop, local restaurants etc. I have worked with many realtors over the years both personally and professionally, and Tammy is by far the best of the best hands down! Tammy made the sale of my condo so simple. The condo was a rental and I was thinking of selling. I had lived in Ocean Park prior to turning it into a rental and had seen that Tammy had sold many of the properties there. She really had a pulse for that complex.

When I decided to sell I gave Tammy a call. She actually was able to show the property between rentals. I had it rented through 3/8 and through her work prior to listing we had an offer.

We worked out a contract and it was sold and closed on 3/11. We were able to do everything remotely as I was out of town. If you want someone who really knows the market in the area I would highly recommend Tammy. She made this whole process so simple and seamless.

I called Tammy Tingle because we had our condo listed with another agent and we felt were not getting exposure. Tammy was prompt at returning my call and put some comparables together and had them over to me later that day. She walked the property prior to listing it and made a few suggestions regarding decor and had professional photos taken. We were well informed at every step of the way from listing, to showing feedback to presenting offers and arranging closing details. In my opinion Tammy consistently went over and above for us and we would definitely use her again.

Tammy was excellent to work with. She showed me multiple homes and found the home that we needed. She listens to what you are looking for and works hard to find it. She is down to earth and is very knowledgeable of the area. If you need a realtor you will not have to look any further.
