Great communicator. Very responsive to a remote buyer. Facebook page of local events and booklet of local restaurants, shops, etc. are fantastic offerings for buyers moving from another state.

Her knowledge of our building, connections with local businesses and previous recommendations of excellent tile installer and a handyman gave us a tremendous confidence level in her. This also enabled her to successfully push back on buyer requests. Her helpful, positive attitude was wonderful!

She lives in the condo complex and knows the market extremely well! She has sold units for top dollar and was aggressive in bringing in interested buyers that had contacted her and wanted to buy in the complex. She sold my unit within days after an open house. She even helped get ready for the open house by packing and taking boxes/containers to my garage!

Getting ready for the open house, she took flyers around to businesses on Main Street, made sure the information box had flyers in it, and flyers on the condo information bulletin boards that are at each elevator. I got the price I wanted and pre-signing was quick and easy.

She excelled in all these categories! She was always available to talk and made sure I understood what was happening and why. When our first buyer backed out at the last minute, she had another buyer right away that we went to settlement with.

I was introduced to Tammy through a 3rd party real estate website and it couldn't have been better timing. The market prices had been rising gradually since I had began my search for not only a new home but my first home. I had worked with several agents and was unsuccessful after making several offers. Over the years Tammy kept the owners at Ocean Park aware of sales and sales prices on our units. We did not plan to sell #319 but a letter from Tammy in late April let us know about the sale of unit 219 directly below ours. We're now in our upper 70s, live in Athens, Ga and the 6+ hour drive to the beach was getting tougher and tougher for us. We purchased our unit in April 2000-prior to construction and moved in December 2001 and planned to leave it to our kids. After talking with Tammy in late April, we decided to meet with her on May 3rd. She was friendly, upbeat and answered all of our questions so we decided to put it on the market on May 13th.
