Teresa was incredible helpful for buying my first house. I had a pretty low budget as well. I asked her countless questions about the process, different features and appliances of the house, mortgage paperwork, etc. And she always texted me back within a few hours at most with long detailed answers. Which works alot better for me than calling since I work an office job and can't be on the phone all day.

The house needed some cabinets replaced, and I chose to replace the floor before moving in. Even after purchase, Teresa was extremely responsive and helpful to share her renovations experience. I did the floor myself but borrowed some of her tools, and sent her countless pictures with questions regarding how to do something. She replaced the cabinets for me for about half the price of a regular company.
