Teri was born and raised in the Willamette Valley, growing up on a hobby farm in Albany where she and her family raised registered beef cattle. She began showing cattle and riding horses at the age of 3 and grew up through 4H and FFA, instilling a passion for the rural lifestyle.

After graduating from New Mexico State University with a degree in Agriculture Business/Agriculture Economics, she returned to the Willamette Valley to pursue a career in business.

Having spent 11 years working as a mortgage lender specializing in farm and ranch properties and serving as a past President of Oregon Mortgage Association, she brings a unique knowledge of both rural property and financing to her clients.

When she is not helping her clients buy and sell real estate, you can find her pursuing a wide variety of interests. Along with her husband and 2 daughters, she raises purebred Hampshire sheep.
