Tony Previte

I was just looking at some houses online and Tony reached out to me asking if I wanted to check it out. I ended up not liking the house so we checked out the one I purchased. This process was new and overwhelming for me,but Tony was there beginning to end. He was definitely the right agent for me and I couldn't be happier! What happened was an old dream turned into a reality thanks to a stranger at first but now someone I truly trust. Thank you!

If there were six stars to rate Tony he would get them all. There were many complications with the sale of my house and I couldn't have gotten through them without him. He arrived day one with a smile on his face and brought that same smile with him every time I saw him. The one thing that I was most impressed with was his control of every project to make certain that it got done and in a timely fashion. even the ones that were my responsibility. In order to go to closing on my house I had to have an entirely new septic system installed, starting with permits, ground testing, excavation, and the list goes on. This is just one thing to his credit. Anyway the projects never ended and Tony was right there doing everything possible to get the job done as well as keep me sane. Tony I can't thank you enough for all the help.I must mention that I am in a wheelchair and Tony was my feet, as well as help me to keep sanity during a very difficult closing. I have to mention that he was in constant touch with the buyers agent and it was necessary for Tony to negotiate compromises more than once. In ending, I highly recommend Tony to anyone in need of a Great Real Estate Agent who is a good man.
