This is the second time we have both bought and sold with Tony. Hopefully it tells you enough to know that we used him again for a second round, but just know that Tony is a fantastic realtor. Our selling process could not have gone more smoothly, and he got us a GREAT deal on our house. He was very thorough in telling us not only what he thought our house would sell for, but what it would appraise for, and was very helpful in making that part of the process stress-free. In buying our new place, he made sure we never felt pressured to offer on a house we weren't sold on, which is huge for us. He made sure to help us weigh pros and cons, helped us understand what good offers would be and how much the home might appraise for. It was intimidating, but Tony was super knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease. He encouraged us to "put our best foot forward," and through that, we were able to land a house that appraised above our offer, a house that we were instantly able to feel at home in.
