I am a fifteen year real estate veteran who lives and works exclusively in the Santa Clarita valley. My career in real estate started when I purchased my first home, here in Valencia. I simply enjoyed the whole process and knew this is what I was meant to do!

Going through the home buying process myself confirmed to me the importance of explaining the terms of the contract thoroughly, communicating with my clients on a daily basis and listening intently to their concerns, questions, wants and needs. I am a full service Realtor,who provides tailored and personalized real estate services to my clients by bringing exceptional industry knowledge and experience together to make your home buying or selling experience an enjoyable one. By working exclusively in the Santa Clarita area I have become the "go to" local realtor for buyers and sellers. Knowing the different tracts, schools, neighborhoods, new construction etc in Santa Clarita has allowed me to better serve my clients and their needs. It has also allowed me to establish relationships with other local realtors, often getting my client’s offers to the top of the pile!

I am always educating and expanding my knowledge of real estate and have been featured in Realtor.com, Trulia, Real Estate News, Realtor magazine to name a few. In addition, I am the only realtor who was contracted to write weekly real estate articles for Santa Clarita’s local radio station, Hometown station KHTS . Advising, educating and explaining real estate topics to viewers as well as featuring new or unusual listings.
