Castaic’s rolling three-month data shows home values edging down from a year ago while activity has stayed fairly solid. The typical home value is about 8% lower than last June, and median list prices are also down a bit year over year. Even with softer prices, homes sold over the period are up more than 13% from last year, pointing to steady demand.
