Tracey is AMAZING! She literally has the real estate process covered from top to bottom at every step of the way. I used her for a couple of transactions and without hesitation, when the next opportunity arises we will call Tracey! There are two things I think set her apart: Number 1: When you are speaking with Tracey she makes you feel as if you are her ONLY client. You get undivided attention and her ability to direct multiple activities is second to none. Attention to detail, communication, negotiation, educating you through the process.... these are areas she excels! Number 2: She operates on a level of professionalism and organization that I rarely see in the industry. She get things done, regardless of what I bring her. Could be a tax situation where a certain document is needed, might be a specific contractor needed to do some work post transaction, could be a silly question to the other side where I need to know who is the best internet provider for the property.
