Year-over-year, Panther Valley’s rolling three-month data shows mixed price movement and shifting pace. The typical home value is down slightly compared with a year ago, while the median list price is up sharply, rising nearly 18 percent. New listings are also down compared with a year ago, which helps explain why inventory remains limited despite slower demand. With 25 median days on market and a seller’s market gauge reading, buyers still face firm pricing while sellers navigate a more balanced environment than before.
