Tracie knew her job. How to get my house sold fast. She had videos done to help buyers to see what my house looked like so buyers knew if the house was for them or what they were looking for. She recommended putting a sign in the yard stating “coming soon”, scheduled showings and then open house. My house was available May 20 for showings and May 21 for open house. There were 9 people that signed in for seeing the house. May 21 I had 3 offers and I wasn’t pressured to which offer I should take she left it all up to my. Any questions I had she explained the answers to me to where I understood what was going on which each step all the way to closing.
