Hello, my name is Andy Willoughby I have been selling real estate in Ohio for over 17 years now. I have consistently been in the top 5% of selling agents in my area for over 8 years now. My experience in selling real estate includes single-family, multi-family, commercial apartment-size buildings, storage facilities, land, farms, condos, and commercial strip mall centers.
Beyond real estate, I enjoy traveling, fishing, cars, and helping other agents within my brokerage. I coach my youngest son's basketball team during the winter season and always look forward to a new season.
Our current real estate market has been changing every year for 4 years now. I am constantly looking at sales numbers and market data in my local market and other markets to stay on top of trends and be able to predict market shifts as much as possible. Doing this extra work daily does give me an advantage over most agents when it comes to pricing homes to sell or purchase.
