Wanda's journey with real estate began over 30 years ago and has taken her from corporate commercial real estate to ministry, and back to serving families through residential real estate in Coastal Virginia. After relocating to Virginia Beach to be closer to family, she thrived as a Residential Property Manager, growing her portfolio by 40% in her first year while overseeing more than 200 residential properties. Her broad experience gives her full insight into what it takes to give 110% to her clients.

As a full-time REALTOR®, she has a love for the senior and military communities and a passion for helping others achieve homeownership. Wanda is a graduate of Cranford Business College and Alpha College of Real Estate.
