Wayne is an excellent realtor! He helped me every step of the way. Our first initial interview Wayne asked me about all the things I was looking for in a home with my expectation I thought it would be hard to find with the amount I was pre approved for but Wayne found it. It wasn’t easy… but Wayne was there. He sent me about 5-6 houses a day. I also was searching. Whenever I was available we would go out together and look at the homes. To be honest… it was almost every day. Wayne wanted to make sure I would be happy with this huge purchase. Wayne was down to earth because I was a new homeowner he explained things clearly so I could understand. Even though I might have asked the same questions a million times all of his responses were in a timely manner. Once I found my dream home not expecting to hear from Wayne he kept close contact with me. At that time even though my questions should have been for the loan officer Wayne still explained to me what it could possibly mean. He was very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. He negotiated the home price so I could have a price to fit my needs.

Wayne was a great help for our first investment property, a condo. He showed us every property we wanted to tour and was very responsive with keeping in contact with us and the sellers/ other agents. Very quick and smooth process. Any roadblocks we had with the property or seller was resolved in less than a day thanks to Wayne. Highly recommend!

He took care of us and made sure we went through every step of the way without any issues. With each house, he gave us a detailed report and explanation of every home and offered first hand advice based on our future goals.
