In January 2021, my wife and I were seeking a new construction build. We realized we needed the help of an experienced real estate agent who could help us navigate these unchartered waters and who specialized/understood the nuances of dealing with sales agents, builders, and lenders. We did our due diligence and after researching 10 different real estate agents in the area, we decided to start calling on our list. William was the first real estate agent we spoke with and it was an instant connection that would transpire into a lifelong friendship. We couldn’t have been happier with William and his vast knowledge/experience. He was literally there every step of the way. He was there when we vetted builders from Keller to Justin, when we decided on a builder, signed our build contract, and closed on our home even when they wouldn’t let him in the building because of COVID protocols he was there to congratulate us. He recommended a quality home inspector who he met with during every phase of our inspection processs. As a professional airline pilot, I’m someone who truly cares about communication; it’s crucial and often overlooked. William was always there to answer the phone, allow me to vent frustrations, and speak to builders as well as lenders on our behalf when I wasn’t able too. He is a consummate professional and my wife and I are greatful that we had him by our side every step of the way. I don’t think I would have been able to get through this year long build process without his support and expertise. He is truly an amazing realtor and an even better person. If you need a realtor, look nowhere else because William is the professional you need. I’m happy to report my wife and I are living in our first home in Haslet, TX and growing a family together, this is all thanks to William who I am proud to call my realtor and my friend!
